Celebrate New Year’s Eve with a special dining experience, featuring a beautifully crafted three-course menu for £75 per person or five-course menu for £120 per person.
The menu features a mosaic of Partridge and Cream Legbar chicken followed by Pan-roasted Turbot with a Jospeh Perrier and caviar sauce, complete with an air-dried Venison, pickles and fermented ketchup amuse-bouche and cheese course.
Showcasing the best of the season, each dish is prepared using locally sourced ingredients that highlight the finest of the season’s ingredients, to create a showstopping dining experience perfect for the celebrations.
Guests are welcomed to arrive between 7pm and 9pm to enjoy a relaxed and elegant evening, perfect for toasting to the year ahead in true culinary style.
